This movie is not completely serious either, it has many funny moments as well. I don't know, there's something very humble and beautiful whenever we see them living a quiet life before all the action starts. I could actually watch an entire movie about just a normal calm day with Keanu and the dog. Ian McShane, Laurence Fishburne, Franco Nero, Peter Stormare etc. Hats off to everyone involved with the stunts because I can tell how much hard work went into it. What he does with the action here in this one is extraordinary. He is perfect as John Wick, there's nobody else for that role. The way Reeves handled all of that choreography and stunt-work in those movies was inspiring. I remember watching "The Matrix" when I was young and that was something that I took inspiration from whenever I tried to film my own action movies. I have a lot of respect for Keanu Reeves. The scenes in the museums and art galleries are a feast to the eye with all the rich colors and amazing scenery. Loved the Italy setting and the way it expanded the world.
